Love Yourself -Self Care Day Presented by Ana Nieto
Join us for a free Health & Wellness Workshop presented by member, Ana Nieto. The morning will consist of some tennis specific mindful exercises to help prevent injuries, learn some healthy eating habits, experience a mediation to help with focus on and off the courts and more.

Making lifestyle changes can not only help improve and maintain your health and well-being, it can give you back a greater sense of control and balance in your life. Ana’s presentation is sure to inspire you and motivate you to live a healthier and more fulfilled life! All levels are welcome.
The seminar will include mindful exercises, nutrion, meditation, break for lunch (guests can pre-order lunch with the Green Door cafe , opportunity for questions and have the opportunity to experience Myofascial Release.
The event is free to all members.
