General Manager
Jon Ross
Born and raised in San Diego, Jon played 4 years of varsity tennis at Rancho Bernardo High School. In 2018, Jon graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Redlands. Since then, he has managed retail clothing stores and was a manager of the Racket Stringing Workshop. He is a racket stringing enthusiast with over 4 years of racket technician experience. He has been a member of LJTC since 2021 and can frequently be seen competing in local tournaments. Jon has a tremendous amount of passion for tennis and a great outlook on life.

Doug Purvis
Doug has spent his lifetime working in the tennis world. He's done about every tennis job you can have from teaching pro to Director of Tennis. Now retired, Doug has joined the LJTC team to help the club out in any way he can. As an LJTC member himself, he enjoys connecting with everyone that comes in to the club.
Ryan Salas
Ryan is a San Diego native who is a recent graduate from UC San Diego with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Along with playing tennis on the UCSD club social team, he plays regularly with his friends and loves to grow and continue to learn about the game. His accepting and inviting attitude creates a welcoming environment at the club.
Laura Frasure
Laura was born and raised in Orange County and has returned to San Diego after spending the past decade living in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado. She is pursuing her master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology at San Diego State University while also working as a Program Manager in the telecommunications industry. A lifelong tennis enthusiast, Laura grew up playing the sport and is excited to share her passion for the game with fellow club members.

Born and raised in Boulder Colorado, Alli has been playing tennis her whole life and coaching for the last 10 years. Alli studied international affairs and marketing at CU Boulder but always found her love for tennis and beer were her main priorities. The last couple of years she took a break from coaching to pursue a brew master for beer and now continues to work at a local brewery as the marketing manager and hopes to get back into the tennis world here at LJTC!
Alli Thamm
Bela was born and raised in Texas, but she made her way out to sunny San Diego to study at Point Loma Nazarene University. She recently graduated and plans on attending law school. Bela has played tennis her whole life and has worked at other tennis facilities n San Diego!
